Next to a YouTube video you will see a code that says "embed". Highlight that code, past it in your window and viola! You have a posted video! Hope that helps!
Like Rose said. There should be two options on a you tube video. You want to copy the the EMBED line.
Come back to your blog. Go into the New Post. Go to the HTML part. Paste your EMBED code.
When you have it back into compose mode you won't see the video but in the preview mode you'll see it. Just be careful to not write over it in the compose mode.
